Payroll software for accounting firms in French Polynesia
UTU lets accounting firms in French Polynesia run payroll for several businesses in one workspace, in CFP francs with CPS and CST-S. Each company file keeps its own access, parameters and checks before closing. UTU is published in Tahiti by Devlab for local firms and groups.
Several company files, one workspace
The firm switches between company files while keeping the active company and period clearly visible. Access and data stay specific to each organisation; roles and modules are set company by company.
Check before closing
- Blocking or warning checks: pay below the SMIG, negative net pay, unbalanced journal, abnormal change.
- Every change in gross or net pay is explained by hours, bonuses, leave or contract.
- Parameters are versioned by effective date across all company files.
Exports and exchanges
- Accounting entries, bank transfers, CPS and CST-S exports, certificates.
- API and MCP tools for authorised integrations and assistants.
- UTU prepares CPS and CST-S declaration data and exports; filing with CPS and DICP remains with the business or its accounting firm.
Frequently asked questions
How does UTU work for an accounting firm?
A firm can manage multiple company files and switch between them. Navigation keeps the active company and period visible. Access depends on roles and enabled modules.
Can we import existing company files?
UTU supports employee imports and the opening figures needed for payroll tracking. We review your files, year-to-date figures and historical periods during onboarding.
Are declarations submitted automatically?
UTU prepares declaration data and tracks submissions. The DMO CSV remains a specimen until its format is approved by CPS. Preparing an export does not constitute submission to the authority.
How much does UTU cost for a firm?
UTU is a subscription from XPF 20,000 per month. For a firm, the price depends on the number of company files and headcount; the detailed rate sheet is shared on request.
